Qualifications Past experience working with 7/8 grade students, and a Bachelor's Degree or minor in a Foreign Language or Teaching Credential is preferred, but two years of college training related to psychology, child development, or education may be substituted.

Ability to facilitate a language other than English; facilitate lessons, and work cooperatively with students, parents, and staff. Students should learn basic conversational words and phrases in a foreign language, as well as learn art, food, culture, and any pertinent history of the country(ies) presented. Must have a valid TB clearance and pass a criminal background check.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
