Salary salary schedule depending on experience
Qualifications Current Safe-Serve Management Certification. Ability to plan, order, and oversee all aspects of the breakfast and lunch program for a small rural school. Knowledge of kitchen equipment; methods and techniques of food preparations; and safe, sanitary working methods and procedures. Understand and comploy with Federal and State nutritional guidelines. Complete Federal and State mandated reporting/accounting. Graduation from high school or demonstration of comparable competence. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and coworkers; and take direction from supervisors. Lift up to 50 pounds. Requiresw valid California Driver's License, pasage of a live scan fingerprint background check.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
