Qualifications Educators at Fuente Nueva believe that equity-based and trauma-informed classrooms are the foundation of teaching and learning. The ideal candidate believes in serving the whole child. Experience working with children desired. Must be compassionate, culturally humble, and a self-starter who has strengths in collaboration. Employment is contingent upon passing the paraprofessional exam, the Live Scan, and TB clearance.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
