Qualifications Redwood Coast Montessori is looking for a supportive one-to-one instructional assistant. The role of Instructional Assistant is to assist a special needs child in a caring and compassionate manner. Ability to be flexible with the demands of the position and the day-to-day needs of the student and classroom environment. Monday - Friday, 3-5.5 hours/day

At least 18 years of age, fingerprint clearance, proof of TB screening and COVID-19 vaccination upon hire, ability to relate well with students, teachers, staff, and parents.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
