Qualifications Qualifications:
Prefer Associate's degree in education, community development, social work, or a related field
Experience working in a school or community setting, with a focus on community engagement, family involvement, or related areas.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage programs and events.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including parents, families, community organizations, and local businesses.
Knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and best practices related to education, community engagement, and family involvement.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and evaluate program effectiveness.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations, including different ethnicities, languages, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Proficient in the use of technology, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
Must have the ability to lift 25/50 lbs regularly.
Must have the ability to work in inclement weather
Experience in a related field and desire to learn about the field of teaching or social work.
Prefer Paraprofessional Exam Verification
Valid California driver license

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
