Trillium Charter School is seeking an Aftercare and ELOP program assistant.
This person will assist with extended-day programs that run before and after the instructional school day, as well as full-day camp during school closures.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in ECE, elementary education, art education, or related experience working with elementary students in Art, STEAM, PE, academic or enrichment activities. Our ELOP assistant must be a reliable team player able to work closely with ELO-P coordinator and support students in all phases of the program, including art & activities, field games, snack service, and weekly enrichment projects.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Daily scheduling of activities, snacks, and ELOP staff
Monthly supply planning and ordering
Coordination with community partners for workshops and guest presenters
Maintenance of program paperwork and daily attendance records
Attendance at weekly staff meetings
Training and oversight of program assistants
Weekly staff meetings
