Qualifications Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
Knowledge of landscaping and horticultural practices.
Familiarity with groundskeeping equipment, tools, and safety.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of school safety protocols.
Techniques for providing a high level of customer service to School Staff, Students, and School Families.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in landscaping or horticulture.
Experience working in an educational or institutional setting.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
