| Qualifications | Essential Duties: Organize and run effective practices. Attend tryouts, practices, games, and competitions. Create and teach routines. Establishes and maintains standards of pupil behavior and provides proper supervision and discipline of students at all times. Conferences with the Athletic Director and parents/guardians, as necessary, regarding the performance of and/or disciplinary actions taken with students. Models positive sports-like behavior and maintains appropriate conduct towards cheerleaders, officials, and spectators. Help plan and facilitate group and morale-building activities for the team as needed. Communicate with parents as changes to the schedule occur in a timely manner. Plan and prepare fundraisers as needed. Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Athletic Director or other appropriate administrators. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States |
