| Qualifications | Minimum required - High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED); AA degree OR passed County Para-educator exam. Preferred Experience - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students who have significant needs is desirable. Ability to speak a second language (Spanish, Sign Language, Hmong highly desirable). *At this stage, unofficial transcripts are acceptable. If offered the position, official transcripts will be required for placement (if going the AA degree route). The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States |
