Salary Placement on Salary Schedule
Qualifications Possess and maintain the appropriate and valid education, certificates, and/or credentials for school counseling. Demonstrate competence in communicating effectively with children and parents, staff members and representatives of other agencies. Preferred specialized skills, experiences, and training in a variety of assessment instruments designed to evaluate educational achievement, ability, interest, modes of learning and related counseling conditions. Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with various community resources associated with special needs youth and families. Possess specialized skills, pupil assessment, experience, and training in the areas of curriculum development, Maintain valid CPR and First Aid certification; Fingerprint and Tuberculosis clearance is required.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
