Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid teaching credential with special education authorization.
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including those with mild to moderate disabilities.
Familiarity with special education laws and regulations, including IDEA and Section 504.
Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions for supporting student learning and behavior.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
Commitment to equity and inclusion, with a passion for advocating for the needs of all students.
Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude when working with students who may face academic or behavioral challenges.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
