Salary $18.99-23.74 DOE
Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice. The candidate needs to be people oriented, can multi-task, understands secretarial duties and is highly organized. Needs to have secretarial experience and experience with children is desired.
-Must complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlines. This same secretary must greet all visitors, answer the school phone to direct calls, and make announcements as needed.
-Provide clerical and administrative support to the administration and teachers.
-Maintain student and staff confidentiality in all circumstances.
-Track attendance and absences; use reporting software and generate reports for internal and external use.
-Must enjoy working with kids, especially middle school-aged students.
-Can maintain a calm and respectful tone and manner, even in difficult situations.
-The secretary may also have to serve other duties as needed, such as recess/lunch monitoring on occasion.
-Employee would typically follow the school schedule for 184 days per year. New employee would begin in August for training purposes.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
