Wellness Coach II

Northern United-Humboldt Charter School is looking for 2 fulltime individuals to assist the community schools' coordinator and school counselor in providing core prevention and intervention services that promote behavioral health and well-being through direct service with K-12 students, families and staff.
The position will work primarily within Northern United-Humboldt Charter School collaborating with community agencies, HCOE, school staff, families, teachers, and students to ensure comprehensive student support.

Salary $53,000
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in relevant fields such as social work, human services, addiction studies, psychology, sociology, child development and/or mental health.

Relevant work or internship experience with schools, youth or families

Willingness to obtain a Certified Wellness Coach II certification, supported during the first year of employment.

Must have a valid California drivers license and be willing to travel within the county.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
