Qualifications | Minimum Qualifications: -Three (3) years of experience working in the associated CTE industry sector (minimum 3,000 hours in the last ten (10) years, with at least 1,000 hours being within the last five (5) years); -Possess and maintain a valid Designated Subjects Career Technical Education teaching credential in the industry sector of the teaching assignment OR the ability to qualify for a Designated Subjects Career Technical Education teaching credential in the assigned industry sector (details can be found here: Commission Leaflet CL-888); -Certificate of Clearance by Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Preferred Qualifications: -Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree. -Experience working with high school age youth. *At this stage, unofficial transcripts are acceptable. If offered the position, official transcripts will be required for placement. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States |
