Qualifications Job duties:
Meets individually and in small groups with students to provide social emotional coaching and assist students in solving conflicts and accessing their education.
• Attends Study Study Meeting to offer support to teachers and administration.
• Delivers whole group instruction on pertinent Social Emotional Learning topics.
• Participates on MTSS Leadership Team and implements PBIS.
• Attends professional development pertinent to position.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:
• Ability to interact with students and their parents in a positive manner.
• Appropriate background in and knowledge of PBIS
• Formal education in child development and or pedagogy.
Desirable Qualifications
• Formal education and training in counseling and/or psychology.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Knowledge of computers


The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
