Salary	$64,500-$76,500
Qualifications	EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ● Two (2) years of higher education in a related field (business, accounting,…) and/or ● Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources and/or school/government business with an emphasis in personnel and/or payroll, or ● Any combination of education and experience equivalent to, or in excess of, a high school diploma and five (5) years of successful business/accounting/payroll/human resources experience. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES OF: Excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to work independently Ability to multi-task and analyze situations accurately and be able to adopt an effective course of action. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of payroll and human resources regulations and procedures proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to perform highly responsible and complex payroll, personnel, financial duties Experience in ESCAPE is preferred. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
