| Qualifications | Education and Experience and Requirements: Possess an appropriate California Administrative Credential. Possess at least seven (7) years of successful teaching and/or staff development experience preferably in multiple grade levels and/or school settings. Demonstrates expertise in professional development, program planning, curriculum design, and student assessment. Knowledge of and experience with processes to support systems analysis and improvement. (eg. Improvement and/or Implementation Science). Understands the State System of Support (including Differentiated Assistance). Demonstrates competence in communicating effectively with professional staff and representatives of other local and state agencies in both written and oral form. Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and human relations skills including group problem-solving processes. Demonstrates competence in researching educational code, policy, and briefs to identify critical information and articulate information to local educational leaders. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States |
