Seeking a caring person to work individually with student who needs additional behavior and academic support as Special Circumstances Instructional Aide starting in 2025-26 school year.
SCIA will provide direct instruction and instructional support to an identified student as determined by his/her IEP; this person will monitor and report student progress regarding behavior, performance and instructional interventions.

Cuddeback School is a small, student-centered TK-8 school in Carlotta. Our family-like atmosphere and beautiful campus setting make this a great place to work!

Salary $18.50 to start
Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma or GED, and one year of experience working with children. Successful experience as a classroom assistant or experience working with students with special needs preferred. Training provided for inexperienced applicants.
Must possess a paraprofessional certificate. May substitute an AA degree for this requirement.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
