Qualifications	Skills and duties that will be assessed as part of being a member of a teacher-run school: • Participates in the Administrative Team. • Writes goals for growth and professional development as a teacher and a member of the administrative staff: • Seeks out and participates in professional development that improves teaching or supports the running of the school. • Works collaboratively to plan and provide instruction and activities that benefit students. • Contacts and works effectively with parents. • Demonstrates and models community skills in mediation, mindfulness, and restorative justice. • Effectively and kindly handles discipline within the classroom, as well as supports other teachers with collaborative discipline and opportunities for student self-reflection. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
