| Qualifications | Community School Coordinator – Grant Funded Under supervision of the Superintendent the Community School Coordinator (CSC) role at Blue Lake Union Elementary School District (BLUESD) is a position that requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural responsiveness, and a passion for building school-community partnerships. The Community School Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting student success by fostering meaningful connections between families, community organizations, and the school. The CSC will lead monthly family engagement events, enhance access to community resources, and support school-wide initiatives such as PBIS and MTSS in alignment with the mission, values, and goals of BLUESD. • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience: Minimum 2 years working with families, schools, or community programs. • Licenses: Valid California Driver’s License • Clearances: Must pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB clearance. • Expectations: Culturally responsive, reliable, collaborative, and maintain confidentiality The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States |
