Qualifications Educators at Fuente Nueva believe that equity based, and trauma informed classrooms are the foundation of teaching and learning. Requires graduation from high school and prior experience working with students with behavioral needs. Passage of the paraprofessional exam required. Two years of college training related to psychology, child development or education may be substituted. Proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred but not required. Must be compassionate, culturally humble, and a self-starter who has strengths in collaboration.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
