| Qualifications | Education and Experience: Minimum required: High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED), AA degree* or passed County Para-educator exam *Applicants with a degree: Please provide transcripts with application. At this time, unofficial transcripts are acceptable, but if you are the successful candidate, you will need to provide official transcripts. Preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students who have significant needs is desirable. Ability to speak a second language (Spanish, Sign Language, Hmong highly desirable). The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States |
