Duties include school admissions, managing student cumulative records and transcripts, entering student data into a student information system (SIS), assigning students to appropriate teachers, reporting attendance through the SIS, managing graduation packets and work permits. Must have the ability to communicate and work with parents, teachers, and staff. Also responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.



220 days per year; 8 hours per day

Pay to be based on experience and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications High School Diploma;
Two (2) years of clerical experience involving public contact and record-keeping in an educational setting preferable

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
