| Qualifications | Educators at Fuente Nueva believe that equity-based and trauma-informed practice is the foundation of teaching and learning, and our ideal candidate shares that commitment to serving the whole child. Wellness coaching certification required. The ideal candidate will have skills in SEL instruction, restorative practices, non-violent communication, and movement-based wellness to support elementary-age students. Responsibilities include delivering classroom SEL lessons, facilitating body breaks, and providing individualized wellness check-ins to support student regulation and school success. Must be a self-starter, strong collaborator, and comfortable working across classrooms alongside teachers and support staff. Proficiency in Spanish and English preferred. Position anticipated for the 26/27 school year. Employment is contingent upon Live Scan and TB clearance. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States |
