Qualifications Education and Experience:
Minimum required:
High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED),
AA degree, 48 college units, or passed Para-educator exam (please provide transcripts if using college units to satisfy requirement or if applicant has a college degree).

Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students who have significant needs is desirable.
Ability to speak a second language (Spanish, Sign Language, Hmong highly desirable).

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
