| Qualifications | Three years of employment in the field of teaching or school counseling working with school-age children. A Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field from an institution of higher learning accredited by one of the six regional accreditation associations as recognized by the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation.
