| Qualifications | Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school, childcare, or youth program setting. Positive, enthusiastic, and patient demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) or a willingness to learn and implement PBIS practices. Ability to work independently, follow directions, and adapt to the changing needs of a small rural school. Demonstrated commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; paraprofessional qualifications preferred or ability to meet district requirements. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States |
