Qualifications Alder Grove Charter School (AGCS) is a homeschool, independent study charter school that provides students with personalized learning. AGCS is student centered and supports families and teachers in providing a quality, individualized education to all students. With optional/enrichment classes on campus, academic supports, tutoring, field trips, and clubs there are numerous options for students. Under the direction of the school Executive Director and Principal, the Technology Specialist takes a leadership role in developing, implementing, and periodically evaluating the school's instructional use of technology. This position collaborates closely with the Executive Director and Principal, Assessment Coordinator, Certificated Teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the security, maintenance, and strategic development of network systems and end-user computer hardware and software. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a teaching certificate and advanced Education Technology degree is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
