Position: Superintendent/Principal/Literacy Coach 1.0 FTE 210 Days Orick Elementary School   #3233

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 with Benefits negotiable

Qualifications:
Provide strong instructional leadership in all content areas such as staff development, student discipline, and positive school climate to promote academic excellence as the district adopts new curriculum and literacy plan. Literacy Coach for TK-3 grade staff with strong understanding of the Science of Reading and coaching skills. Be actively involved in all aspects of the district and community. Respond to staff, parent, and community concerns in a timely manner. Education/Experience: Demonstrate success as a classroom teacher, preferable at the TK-8 level. Previous experience at the principal or superintendent level. Possess a clear California Administrative Credential.
