| Qualifications: Come join our wonderfully unique charter school, and work in a supportive, caring, collaborative, and positive environment. We are looking for a 1:1 aide for a student with special and unique needs. Duties include: Under general supervision of the classroom teacher, provide behavioral and instruction support 1:1 with assigned student, collect behavioral data, and perform related tasks as required. Must be able to pass a paraprofessional exam, be 18 years of age or older, pass live scan fingerprint clearance and have GED or High school diploma. Applicants must be dependable, have transportation, communicate well, enjoy collaboration and working as a team, and be able to adapt to different learning strategies for the individual student. |
