Qualifications:
Educators at Fuente Nueva believe that equity-based and trauma-informed classrooms are the foundation of teaching and learning. The ideal candidate believes in serving the whole child. Proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred and experience working with children is desired. Must be compassionate, culturally humble, and a self-starter who has strengths in collaboration. Employment is contingent upon passing the paraprofessional exam, the Live Scan, and TB clearance.
