Position:	Fiscal Accounting Technician .2 FTE Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Under the direction of the Chief Business Official, performs various activities in the preparation and processing of general business activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the Business and School Office in clerical responsibilities. Duties vary depending upon the needs or the office and may include the following: Purchasing/Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Deposits. #5353

Qualifications:
Any combination equivalent to completion of high school including or supplemented by training in financial record keeping. and experience in responsible school financial record keeping, budget, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and competency in spreadsheet and software applications. Must be able to multitask in a busy office environment and have knowledge of complex office equipment and systems. Must be self-motivated, and have a desire to be part of a collaborative team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, integrity, and professionalism required. Proficiency in MS Office and Google platforms. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
