Salary: Classified Salary Schedule: Range 3, $17.21 to $26.72/hourly. Beginning salary placement from Step 1 to Step 3 is at the discretion of the Director of Payroll/Personnel based on verification of previous employment.

Qualifications:

(1) of the following: - Proof of passage of CBEST, or - Proof of 48 units or an AA degree or higher from an accredited institution in the US. or - Passed minimum requirement 1 section of the Paraprofessional proficiency exam - SHJUSD Proficiency Exam with passing scores (if none of the above are available). EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or equivalent and 48 college units or Associate of Arts degree or higher or pass proficiency requirements established by the District.
