Salary: Placement on the Certificated Salary Schedule based on years of experience and professional training (up to Step 10). A stipend of $1000 for Master’s Degree.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess and maintain a valid California Single Subject credential, or supplemental Social Science credential. California Multiple Subjects teaching credential, with Spanish authorization preferred, or Single Subject Spanish credential. Eligibility for NCLB Certificate of Compliance and certification to instruct English language learner students required. Applicants must be highly proficient in the Spanish language. Experience working in a middle school setting is preferred. Department of Justice fingerprint clearance must be completed prior to the first day of employment at a cost of $62 to the employee.
