Qualifications:
Seeking caring individuals that enjoy working with children. Instructional Assistants will engage academically with small groups and individuals in a classroom setting, monitor playground recess activities, and generally support the teacher's classroom instruction. Looking for positive-minded persons ready to be a collaborative team member. Requires either 1) high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of the paraprofessional exam through HCOE; or 2) an AA Degree or higher. The successful candidate will be required to pass a fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and show proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Experience working with TK-8th grade students preferred, but very willing to train the right new team member. Position is open until filled.
