Position: Director of Human Resources: Northern United - Humboldt Charter School is looking for a motivated, detail oriented person who under the direction of the Chief Business Official, will manage and perform personnel and payroll functions; provide difficult, technical, and/or specialized administrative support; perform and related work as assigned. This position is responsible for overseeing and implementing the personnel and payroll functions for Northern United – Humboldt Charter School and Northern United – Siskiyou Charter School.   #5977

Salary: $64,500-$76,500

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ● Two (2) years of higher education in a related field (business, accounting,…) and/or ● Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources and/or school/government business with an emphasis in personnel and/or payroll, or ● Any combination of education and experience equivalent to, or in excess of, a high school diploma and five (5) years of successful business/accounting/payroll/human resources experience. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES OF: Excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to work independently Ability to multi-task and analyze situations accurately and be able to adopt an effective course of action. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of payroll and human resources regulations and procedures proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to perform highly responsible and complex payroll, personnel, financial duties Experience in ESCAPE is preferred.
